- Senior Technical Consultants (STCs): Unified Communications
Senior Technical Consultants (STCs) for the Enterprise Infrastructure division of Insource will work either on-site at client locations or on projects at the corporate office.
They are responsible for architecting, implementing and managing IT infrastructure solutions for Insource clients.
Experience and Knowledge
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Deep knowledge of and experience with networking technologies from various vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Meru and Aruba
- Strong knowledge of and experience with enterprise wireless network technologies
- Self-motivated
Qualifications
| Education: |
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree from a four-year college or university. Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, etc are a plus. |

| Experience: |
Ideal background includes extensive experience architecting, implementing and managing complex Microsoft unified communications and IT network infrastructure solutions.

|
| Skills/Abilities: |
Must have significant technical expertise with designing and implementing Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Lync/OCS. Experience with SIP gateways (AudioCodes, Dialogic or NET),
virtualization with Hyper-V, SAN deployment and networking (Cisco, Juniper, etc) are a plus.

Working Conditions
Business office environment. Regular hours, though some additional hours may be necessary to complete projects on time.
