Opportunities - Senior Business Consultant (SBC): Project Manager

Job Description

Senior Business Consultants (SBCs) for the Enterprise Infrastructure division of Insource will work either on-site at client locations or on projects at the corporate office. They are responsible for the successful management and completion of infrastructure projects for Insource clients.

Experience and Knowledge

Background in formal project management

Experience in assessing business processes

Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions

Strong proclivity for business development

Self-motivated

Qualifications

Education:	The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree from a four-year college or university.
Experience:	Ideal background includes 5 or more years of experience in project management. Experience developing business processes is desirable, as is experience implementing IT infrastructure solutions.
Skills/Abilities:	Must be able to manage multiple IT projects for multiple clients simultaneously, managing diverse resources to bring projects in on time, within the specified budget, to a level of quality that is acceptable to all stakeholders. Must be able to build a trusted relationship with clients, manage their expectations, and communicate their concerns back to the project team . Should be able to assess client needs and identify additional project opportunities. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent attention to detail is required, as is the ability to communicate effectively and expeditiously, and be able to solve problems creatively and within time constraints. The ability to learn and make use of new business technologies as required is imperative.

Working Conditions

Business office environment. Regular hours, though some additional hours may be necessary to complete projects on time.
