Excellent Benefits Package
Insource lets you tailor your benefits to your individual needs
through our flexible program and we subsidize a major portion of
the cost. Below is a list of the major benefits.
Medical
Select the Medical coverage you need. Eligible personnel choose
their comprehensive coverage from either PPO or HMO plan.
Dental
Our plan provides coverage for diagnostic and preventive services,
major and minor restoration, as well as orthodontia for dependent
children under 19.
Disability and Group Life Insurance
Insource programs include Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D),
Long Term Disability (LTD),Short Term Disability (STD) Employee
Life and Supplemental Life Insurance. Employee Life, AD&D, LTD,
and STD insurance plans are provided to you at no cost. We also
offer a low cost employee funded Supplemental Life Insurance Program
for employees, spouses, and children.
Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts
Insource offers a simplified Section 125 Plan that allows an employee's
portion of medical, dental, health care reimbursement and dependent
care reimbursement premiums to be paid through payroll deduction
with pre-tax dollars. Health Care Reimbursement is designed to help
employees pay medical expenses that are not covered by a benefit
plan. Dependent care reimbursement allows an employee to be reimbursed
for qualified dependent day care expense with pre-tax income.
401 (k)
Insource also offers participation in a 401(k) plan through its
Employee Savings Plan. The company currently matches employees'
contribution at the rate of 50% up to 6% on contributions allowed
by IRS regulations.
Holidays
The company observes 10 holidays per year. Because the standard
holidays fall on different days of the week each year, Insource
re-sets the holiday schedule at the beginning of each year to allow
employees several 3 and 4 day weekends to spend time with their
families.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is available for all employees for payroll and expense
report payments.
Vacation
Vacation time accrues on a semi-monthly basis beginning on your
hire date.
