David Black
President and CEO
David joined Insource in 1995 and serves as the company’s President
and CEO. He also leads the Insource Wireless Networking and Intrusion Detection Systems practice.He began his career in 1973 with Texas Instruments
and was involved in the design of semiconductors, small business
computers, and Winchester disk drives. In 1985, David joined
Compaq Computer Corporation as Vice President of Engineering
and was responsible for development of Compaq’s desktop and
portable PC’s, including Compaq’s first laptop and notebook
computers. He is also credited with leading Compaq’s entry into
the printer business and served as Vice President and General
Manager of Compaq’s Worldwide Peripherals Division.
David holds a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at
Arlington and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern
Methodist University. He also holds seven patents pertaining
to advanced disk drive technology. David is a member of IEEE,
and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for
Insource.

Kim Baker
Vice President and CFO
Kim joined Insource in January 1996 and serves the company
as Vice-President, CFO, Corporate Treasurer and Secretary.
She also manages legal and cash management operations for the
company. Since joining Insource, Kim has implemented a number
of programs including an accounting system conversion and development
of the company's accounting and administrative policies and
procedures. She has extensive experience in corporate accounting
and finance management. Before joining Insource, she served
as accounting manager for BSG Alliance/IT, Inc. and as supervisor
in finance administration for FCA Corporation. Kim holds a degree
in business administration from Texas A&M University, is a Certified
Public Accountant, and is a member of the Texas Society of CPA's.

Bill Breslin
Vice President-Application Solutions
Bill joined Insource in 1997 as a senior member of the Application
Solutions delivery team. He then became a client manager and
in that role has managed some of Insource's largest engagements
and relationships. He has many years of experience focusing
on delivering Application Solutions across vertical industries
including Health Care, Oil and Gas, Electric Utility, Insurance
and Real Estate. His technical experience ranges from individual
contributor in software development to team lead, to business
analyst to project management. Bill is also responsible for
managing the Microsoft relationship for Insource. He has led
the organization in the early adoption of .NET development technologies,
SharePoint Server solutions, Office
2007 and VISTA. Bill has a BS in
Math/Computer Science from the University of Houston.

David Duchen
Vice President-Network Engineering Solutions and Managed IT Services
David joined Insource in 1993 and has focused on understanding
business issues and ensuring that appropriate technologies
are applied to solve business problems. In 1997 David established
the Managed IT Services group and has run it since that time.
David's twenty-five year career includes financial, management
and accounting experience including eighteen years of systems
related consulting experience in the computer industry. His
background and training as a Chartered Accountant and twenty
years of consulting on business issues have provided him a
broad perspective of how technology can be intelligently and
cost-effectively used to solve daily business problems. David
has also acted as Interim MIS Director for a number of organizations
while they develop plans on how best to structure their MIS
departments and apply the appropriate technology strategies.
David's industry
experience includes service, distribution and manufacturing.
He also has a strong background in business reengineering,
allowing him to provide added value to growing organizations
attempting to change their systems and organizations. David
holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University
of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Steve Miller
Vice President-Unified Communications Practice
Steve joined Insource in 1995 and currently leads the Unified Communications practice, as well as the Sales and Marketing group. He is a senior level information technology
executive offering a unique combination of business acumen,
technical expertise, and operational leadership in his thirty
years of experience in the technology industry. His background
spans industry verticals in the areas of energy, finance,
insurance, marketing and government.
Steve has also
served as the VP of Applications Solutions and has lead software
development projects and technology operations teams utilizing
the latest client/server and Web technologies. Steve holds
a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computing Science from
the University of Alberta.

John Wilcox Vice President-Project Management
John joined Insource in 1998. Before assuming his current role,
he served as a Director overseeing the delivery of all forms
of Insource services including networks, application development
and integration, and managed services. He is skilled at building
strong and focused IT teams that deliver on all aspects of technology.
He has more than 15 years project management experience and
more than 10 years P&L management experience with operating
budgets up to $20 Million.
Prior to joining Insource,
John spent more than 13 years at EDS. During his tenure, he
led account teams providing full service IT outsourcing to
some of EDS' largest clients including General Motors, Delco
Electronics, and Continental Airlines. John holds an M.B.A.
from the University of Michigan, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering
from Case Western Reserve University.

Mark Lobel
Director-Marketing
Mark joined Insource in 1997 and currently serves as Director
of Marketing. He is responsible for all marketing, advertising,
and public relations activities for the firm. Mark also focuses
on the development of new client relationships as well as the
creation and strengthening of strategic business alliances.
Prior to joining Insource,
Mark was a senior marketing and advertising consultant for
several firms including Ogilvy & Mather International. He
has extensive experience analyzing and solving business-to-business
and consumer marketing problems for medium-sized companies
as well as large multi-national corporations. Mark holds a
B.S. in Marketing from the New York University School of Commerce.

Jim Harris
Chairman of the Board
Jim co-founded Insource in 1992 and has served
on the Board of Directors since that time. Prior to that Jim
spent his entire business career working for two companies.
He was one of the co-founders of Compaq Computer Corporation
along with Rod Canion in 1982 and spent the next 10 years helping
to build that company as Executive Vice President of Engineering.
Jim began his career at Texas Instruments where he worked in
various roles in electrical engineering and design management
during his thirteen year tenure. In addition to serving on the
Insource Board Jim has participated in various startup companies
including Ramteq and Echo Minerals. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A &
M University.

Rod Canion
Advisory Board Member
In 1992, Rod Canion co-founded Insource Technology and now serves
as an advisor to the Board.
He has been a leading figure in the technology industry since
co-founding Compaq Computer Corporation in 1982 and serving
as its Chief Executive Officer through a decade of unprecedented
growth. During his tenure as CEO, Compaq set records for the
largest first-year sales in the history of American business
and reached the Fortune 500 and the $1 billion revenue mark
faster than any other company in history. By 1991, Compaq employed
more than 10,000 people and operated in 65 countries worldwide.
A native of Houston,
Mr. Canion graduated from the University of Houston in 1966
and 1968 with Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in electrical
engineering with an emphasis on computer science. He is a
member of the Board of Directors of AMVESCAP and BlueArc,
is Chairman of the Houston Technology Center, and is a member
of the Board of Advisors for Sternhill Partners.
